Freddie Edwards ↓
Freddie’s background has always been a combination of sports and education. His mother a head teacher and his father a keen sportsman; leading Freddie to pursue a career in professional rugby after completing his A levels. After a stint playing at London Wasps, Freddie turned his focus to education, completing a degree in Sports Science and Nutrition at St Marys University.
Upon graduating Freddie worked with a number of coaching organisations but grew disillusioned with the coaching methods being used. Freddie soon established his own style of coaching, incorporating different sports as well as placing a new emphasis on education during the sessions. This unique style of coaching eventually lead to him founding TSSC, a vehicle for him and like-minded coaches to deliver sessions to children in settings all over London.

Our wide
Variety of sessions
Cater for Every Occasion & educational setting
Our unique blend of multi-sport coaching allows children to experience a wide variety of sports, allowing them to try each one before pursuing one particular sport. It was the opportunity for children to try lots of different sports was one of the main reasons behind the founding of TSSC.
It’s not just the different sports on offer that distinguishes us from other sports providers; it’s the content and nature of the sessions we deliver. We adopt a very individual approach for each group and child we work with, offering bespoke programmes for each setting. Working closely with teachers and key carers to reinforce the topics being taught in the classroom means children continue learning while enjoying sport! We always include phonics, letter recognition, shapes, colours and basic numeracy skills into our sessions. It is this strong focus on education which has helped mould our company ethos.
We plan all sessions in accordance with the EYFS statutory frame work (The Early Years Foundation Stage) and the National Curriculum means we are always moving forwards. Keeping the sessions fresh and the children developing physically as well as socially is always in the forefront when planning sessions.
